nice ride this morning with me, Paul Mann and John S-- Stevie D. took a rehab ride with us, too, sticking to the Clinton River Trail into downtown Rochester and back. My Garmin info follows (by the way, it should pretty much be identical to John S's Garmin info for the Stony part since the SOB was right on my ass-- he was so close I think he was drinking from my Camelback; he even had enough energy to take in a 2nd lap while Paul and I went back home so I could make an 8:30 kickoff at Borden Park):
